Membership Terms & Conditions
Applicable to all Kalyana Aesthetics Membership Tiers
1. Minimum Membership Term
All membership tiers require a minimum 6-month commitment.
Memberships cannot be cancelled within the initial 6-month term.
2. Payments & Billing
Membership fees are charged monthly via the payment method provided at sign-up.
Payments must be made on time to maintain active membership status.
Failed or missed payments may result in temporary suspension of benefits until the balance is cleared.
3. Treatments & Scheduling
Members receive one treatment per month, as outlined in their chosen tier.
Treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged or forfeited.
4. Treatment Rollover
If a member cannot attend their monthly treatment, it may be rolled over once, provided:
It is used within the next 30 days
The membership is active and payments are up to date
Only one rollover is permitted at any given time.
5. Membership Benefits
Members receive the benefits listed in their chosen tier, which may include discounts, skincare perks, or early access to new treatments.
Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
6. Changes to Membership Tier
Members may upgrade their tier at any time.Downgrades can only occur after the initial 6-month contract has been completed or renewed.
7. Cancellation Policy
Memberships can be cancelled at any time via the membership portal, or by contacting Kalyana Aesthetics
8. Price Changes
Kalyana Aesthetics reserves the right to adjust membership pricing or benefits.
Members will be given at least 30 days’ notice before any price changes take effect
9. Non-Refundable Payments
Membership payments are non-refundable, including for unused treatments, unless a service issue arises that is directly caused by Kalyana Aesthetics.
10. Discounts are not available on any Toxin Treatment
11. Medical Suitability
All treatments are subject to a consultation and medical suitability.
If a treatment is not suitable, a safe and equivalent alternative will be offered where appropriate.
12. Fair Use
Membership benefits must be used in a fair and reasonable manner. Abuse of benefits may lead to termination of membership without refund.
13. Agreement
By joining any membership tier, the member agrees to these Terms & Conditions and confirms understanding of the Terms & Conditions
