1. Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Policy
All products and training courses sold by Kalyana Aesthetics Ltd are provided strictly under Business-to-Business (B2B) terms for commercial and professional use only. By placing an order or enrolling in training, you confirm that you are purchasing as a business, salon, or self-employed professional, and not as a private consumer.
As a B2B transaction, your purchase is not covered under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015. It is your responsibility to ensure the product or course is suitable for your business needs prior to purchase.
2. Refund & Returns Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or any reason unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
We are happy to answer any questions before purchase to help ensure the item is suitable for your business.
We do not accept returns for:

3. Faulty or Damaged Items
Any damage or fault must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Where appropriate, we may offer a repair, replacement part, or replacement unit. This is at the sole discretion of Kalyana Aesthetics Ltd.
4. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
We reserve the right to challenge any chargebacks or disputes. Documentation such as order confirmation, product listings, and policy acceptance will be submitted to the relevant financial institution.
5. Head Spa Equipment Terms
Once used, assembled, or installed, Head Spa equipment is non-returnable.
This includes use for demos, photos, videos, or content creation.
Buyers are fully responsible for correct and professional installation and operation.
Kalyana Aesthetics Ltd accepts no liability for injury or damage resulting from incorrect use.
6. Warranty Policy – Head Spa Equipment
All Head Spa equipment supplied by Kalyana Aesthetics Ltd includes a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship under normal professional use.
To make a warranty claim, you must:

Provide a written description of the issue

Submit clear photographic evidence showing the fault

Include your order reference number and date of purchase
This information will be forwarded to the manufacturer, who will assess the issue and respond with appropriate guidance. If deemed necessary, replacement parts will be provided.

Shipping times for replacement parts may vary depending on manufacturer stock and location

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, wear and tear, or failure to follow safety and operating guidelines

7. Electrical & Safety Disclaimer
When purchasing and operating equipment from Kalyana Aesthetics Ltd, you agree to the following:
Power & Setup

The Japanese Head Spa Sink operates at 3000W (3kW), 230V and requires a dedicated 13A socket.

The Kalyana Sakura Electric Bed operates at AC100–120V / AC200–240V depending on your country’s standard.

For commercial use, we recommend a dedicated 16A or 20A circuit installed by a qualified electrician.

We strongly advise hardwiring into a fused spur or breaker for professional setups.

Usage Warnings

Do not use standard or low-grade extension leads – these pose overheating and fire risks.

Check all plugs and sockets regularly for heat or signs of burning.

Water and electrical parts must be kept completely separate at all times.
Kalyana Aesthetics Ltd accepts no liability for damage, malfunction, or injury caused by failure to follow these safety guidelines.
8. Online / Face-to-Face Training & Courses
Training Academy Terms & Conditions
All training courses are sold under B2B terms for professional and commercial use only.
All course purchases are final once access is granted or materials are received. No statutory right to cancellation applies. If no access has occurred, cancellation may be permitted at our discretion. A 30% admin fee may apply. Returns of physical materials must be unopened, unused, and returned at the buyer’s cost.
Course Enrolment and Access
By enrolling in any course, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Access (digital or physical) is granted only once full payment is received.

Course content is non-exclusive and may be changed or updated.

Unauthorised reproduction or use of materials is strictly prohibited.
Certification and CPD Points
Certificates and CPD accreditation will only be awarded upon:

Successful passing of all required assessments or practical elements
Failure to meet these conditions may result in no certification being issued.
Face-to-Face Training Bookings

Dates may be amended once only, with at least 1 week's notice.

Requests within 1 week of your session will not be permitted.

Failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture without refund.
Models for Practical Training

You are responsible for bringing a model unless otherwise agreed.

In group training, you may be asked to practise on fellow learners.
Course Content and Usage

All training materials remain the intellectual property of Kalyana Aesthetics Training Academy.

Use is limited to your own educational use.

Materials must not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

Misuse may result in legal action and removal from the course.
Liability Disclaimer
Kalyana Aesthetics Ltd is not liable for:

Loss, injury, or damage arising from course participation

Misuse of skills taught

Failure to meet local licensing or insurance requirements
It is your responsibility to operate within your professional scope and comply with legal and regulatory standards.
9. Confidentiality & Privacy
All personal and business data shared with us is kept confidential and handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not share any information without written consent unless required by law.
10. Variation of Terms
Kalyana Aesthetics Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time in line with legal obligations and business needs. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate information and high-quality products and training, and by purchasing or enrolling in products and/or training from Kalyana Ltd, you agree and acknowledge the following:
