Gift Voucher Update – Please Read

We just wanted to let you know that, for the time being, we are unable to offer any new gift vouchers. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding.

✨ Already have a voucher? Don’t worry – you can absolutely still use it.

To redeem your voucher:

Head to our booking site
Enter the last 4 digits of your voucher code in the discount box
If you have a physical gift card, please enter the full voucher code

💫 Looking to purchase a voucher?

These will be returning soon. In the meantime, you are very welcome to book a treatment in advance, which can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Voucher Terms & Validity

All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

As per our Terms & Conditions of voucher sales, we are regularly asked to extend vouchers due to a variety of circumstances. Moving forward, we will no longer be able to offer extensions and will be strictly adhering to these terms.

As a small business that carefully plans and prepares each treatment and experience, we kindly ask that you allow plenty of time to book before your voucher expiry date, as we are unable to extend this under any circumstances.

If you are unable to use your voucher, you are very welcome to transfer it to another recipient.
