Returns & Refunds
We want you to love our products, but because each item is handmade to order, we have a strict returns policy:

No Returns or Exchanges: Once a product has been handed to you (delivered or collected), we cannot accept it back for return or exchange. This is because our spa products are made just for you and are intended for personal use – once they leave our hands, we can’t resell them for health and safety reasons (there’s a risk of contamination or tampering).

No Refunds for Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or decide you no longer want the product after receiving it. Please be sure of your purchase before finalizing your order.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If we made a mistake with your order or if your item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know immediately. In such cases, we will work with you to correct the issue – for example, by replacing the item or providing a refund as appropriate. You must inform us within a reasonable time (for instance, within 48 hours of receiving the product) so we can resolve the problem.

If such packaging is opened, for the safety of all customers we cannot take the item back. We appreciate your understanding that this policy ensures every customer receives fresh, unopened products.
